Just went to Miller Sales and Service and asked for some help with my lawn mower. I asked if they repaired mowers and the man rudely replied "As you can see, that's what we do." I told him my Toro mower self drive was not working. He said "We don't handle Toro parts but that it could be the belt which we could fix." Then he said "We're three weeks behind so we won't be able to look at it until then." I think they could have looked at the mower and tried to help. Piss poor customer service. Will never go back!
