six months ago a team came to update my sons wheelchair. Since then they have com back to make some adjustments. But this morning i find the trunk support has fallen off, the head rest has come loose and doesn't seem to have room for any adjustment, the are arm rests are loose. This is a far cry from the quality job that was done on his original chair that didn't have issues for 15 years but this "repair" has been an expensive totally unprofessional nightmare.

I needed a BiPAP machine and Marsha was extremely helpful in getting everything scheduled and set up conveniently for me. When I arrived and met with Chelsea, she was very thorough, patient, and friendly while walking me through how to setup and use my new machine. My experience with Miller's was very positive and I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We purchased a new wheelchair. The team that evaluated my husband were knowledgeable, compassionate, and easy to work with. Aaron McLeod delivered the chair, set it up to meet my husband's special needs and even went above and beyond in drilling special screw setting to accommodate the much needed longer arm rests. He was courteous and professional. Miller's is a first class operation and we have worked with them for over eleven years. Thanks for all your help! Mary Ann
