These guys are great. I was on a road trip with two friends one of which is motorized wheelchair bound. His chair stopped working and we couldn't even get him out of the van. The technician Roderick had it fixed in a few minutes. Then he went the extra mile to replace a worn joystick. Thanks Rod! We offered to show some $ appreciation and Adam completely shut that down. He and Rod have earned my lifetime loyalty.
My experience was at the Canton location. Chelsea introduced me to my APAP/BIPAP machine. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her explanation and made it very easy to understand. There is a lot of information to convey and it's obvious she knows her job very well. Overall Miller's seemed a very well-maintained establishment and everyone was very friendly.
He was super helpful and very friendly. I would definitely want him back for services for my sister. Thank you so much Roderick
