Aaron was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He adjusted the joy stick sensitivity, changed the R-L turning configuration, adjusted the arm to meet my husband's length, ordered 'golf ball' for joy stick, and made great suggestions to get the Permobile into the van more easily. He went above and beyond when he taped directional markers in the van (frog tape) to follow so chair attachment to EZ Lock was smooth. Technical help was quickly available when he needed. I had the opportunity to work with Daniel Peak a ATP from Millers with some issues my daughter was having with her wheel chair. He spent time finding the correct solution to all of the problems. It wasn’t an easy solution but he remained calm and focused. His level of expertise on her wheel chair was impressive. We have worked with many ATPs over the years and Daniel is by far the best I have worked with. He completely earned my trust and I don’t pass trust out easily. I look forward to working with Daniel in the future.
Roderick was amazing with our student while adjusting his wheelchair! He interacted with the whole class, was professional and made sure the adjustments were what the student needed! Thank you Roderick!!
