When I broke my femur, installing a stairlift was the only solution, and that’s exactly what we did. We are so glad we chose a Bruno from Miller’s. Today, Robbie came to service the lift. Honestly, he is the best service person ever and so are all the staff personnel like Laurie who work in the office. My Daughter has a power wheelchair from Millers, it is 2 years old this month, I called them out because she has a pressure sore, they came out Tuesday and confirmed the seat cushion is completely worn down, she is only 100 lbs., so no reason it is already worn out, then they call me yesterday to tell me because her insurance is changing on Jan 1, they will not fix it. Very professional and friendly staff. Tiffany North was very patient and helpful with picking out my first cpap mask. She made sure i knew how to use the cpap machine before i left. I would definitely recomend millers to anyone needing medical supplies.
Tiffany was so helpful to make sure my chair would be delivered before the end of 2018. She worked so hard. Terry was very friendly making sure I had the chair best for me. When my chair arrived I was in rehab and Dave got the chair from my house and brought it to me. So thank for this group. I would give 100 stars. Thanks so much Jackie C.
