Rude, snarky owner. Mislabled the car as an escort when it was a probe. Called my mechanic a loser and dumba$$. Told my grandmother who's worked on cars her whole life that she didn't know anything. Told me to go buy a new car if I wanted reliability. Never recommending him for anything except maybe an audit.
