Work is excellent and thank God, he is FINALLY finished. He stated to do our work would take 2 weeks -- which turned into 7 weeks! He does not have his won contractors and relies on outside contractors (which he promises will always show up and then don't!). We had to stay on top of him in order to get the work completed. We honored our end of the contract with payment in full as agreed upon; however, he did not honor his commitment regarding the time frame in which would be done.
