We had a wonderful experience, Ian was super responsive, and repaired our leak last minute on a Friday! He was thorough and professional! Will absolutely use him again!
Took advantage of my senior uncle. Tried to scared him into paying for multiple hours of labor when he spent most of his time walking back and forth from the car to the basement. Threatened to collect from elderly who just wanted hot water. Then when asked for record it did not match up with what was asked. Mind you Ian was working for a company for a warranty so it should have been covered during the week but stalled so he could work during the weekend and collect weekend labor. We have 2 possible plumbing projects to be done. Ian came out in a timely fashion. Showed me different possibilities to rectify our issues. Sent estimates for all possibilities. Great communication. Ian was very professional. Clearly communicated his thoughts & was very well equipped to assess the situations. I added photos after the work was done. Ian was able to do all the new piping, valves/shutoffs & install the new dishwasher with nary a scatch or mess! I can't say enough!👍
