I had a small problem with some goods being mixed up in my bag packed at Millers Pharmacy. The Pharmacy and its management, I felt, were particularly unhelpful to the point of embarrassing both myself and my wife. When I tried to point out that all a customer wants to hear really is "that everything can be sorted out and we will sort this out quickly and efficiently" I received a letter from the manager that was, in my mind, unhelpful, assumption and reflected the lack of customer service I had initially experienced.
