After reading the 1 start reviews on here, I had a very similar experience. I called in to inquire about a quad they had for sale. I tried to negotiate a price. The salesman, Jay called me back the next day saying he spoke to his sales manager Nate and we agreed upon a price. I have text messages from Jay with the OTD price and everything. Very happy with my purchase. Sale's people were great. Always buy everything there.
Well after all the good things I had to say about this place, service finally put a damper on my feelings. I called and made an appointment 15 July to get a leaky case and a burnt drive belt repaired. I was told to drop it 21 or 22 July for an appointment 23 July. Well 28 July I was told the service dept has no idea about my machine. Was told I would hear from them today. Well did not happen. I have no idea about the whereabouts and the condition of my machine. Find another repair shop.
