Customer satisfaction at its finest Dwight and the people over at Miller's Mini Mix are definitely concerned with customer satisfaction. I recently had a job that went a little sour. I believed the incident was an honest mistake and not typical of their work. I contacted Dwight and we discussed it in detail. As a result, he refunded my money and agreed to deliver another load of concrete at no cost to me. Stand up crew in my opinion.
