I selected this business based on the reputation of the original owner Don Miller. It wasn’t until later that I found out the he sold the business. At that point, I should have considered other options, but I thought I would go ahead and try them. That was a bad decision. After the installation was completed and multiple requests to fix things that should have been obvious to the installers I’m still not happy with the floors.
