Left urgent care with 2 prescriptions for my kids that “need to be started right away” at 4:45 on a Saturday evening. All it took was a message to Mr. Greg and he rearranged his personal plans to meet me at the pharmacy at 6pm to fill them for me! Such wonderful people who actually care about their customers!!
I’ve used this pharmacy for about 3 years and loved it! It’s very convenient. I never had bad service until the last couple times I had them fill something. The lady was rude when I called about something a few weeks ago. I let that slide. However, today she was rude again and hung up on me in mid-sentence. If you are that miserable-do not work in customer service!!! There are plenty of other pharmacies to pick up meds that actually have the meds to fill the prescription as well and aren’t rude!!! Every time i go sit always a problem. Dropped off a prescription on the 15 called on the 20th. they said it was ready get there and had to wait 15 minutes at the window cause it wasn't ready. They could have told me this before I drove from evangeline. This is not the first time. E they do this to me so I will not be using them any longer
Love the quickness of this pharmacy. Stopped in after work to pick up my meds. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.
