Delicious Amish Food Incredible Amish food. Everything is made from scratch and fresh. They have the best Beef & Noodles I have ever tasted. Bread is made from scratch as well and served with every meal. Wonderful, clean, friendly atmosphere. They also have a very nice gift shop where they sell hand made items and foods.
cookies I had molasses cookies at Millers' (not ginger). They were delicious. Found a recipe on internet for amish molasses cookies, but they're not the sme.! Is there any way to get your recipe? Thank you.
Very clean restaurant. Miller's is a very popular place to dine in Newark. Their food is home cooked and pretty good.The restaurant is clean and very nice looking. The last couple times I have been there the waitress ave been really stingey with the homemade bread. Usually there is not enough bread to go around the whole table and we have to ask for more.
Miller's Decor I used to love the look of the inside of the restaurant because it was open and airy and looked like a home style dining room. Now they put up some really ugly partitions and it has spoiled the look of the whole room. A waitress told us they did it to make booths because people wanted booths to sit in. I can't believe anyone would want to have to slide over in a booth rather than sit at a nice table. I can't believe they made such ugly ones.
