If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, rude, the list goes on. My young sister's car was broken down on the side of the road. She needed a tow and miller’s was right down the street. She called them and the one good thing they did is that they came quickly (which I would hope they would, it was 3 minutes down the street). I cannot say enough great things about this shop and the professionals that work there! About 5 years ago they worked miracles on my car after a nasty accident and it came home looking brand new. This morning I called about fixing a nasty scrape on my front bumper and was told to bring it on in this afternoon for a quote. They looked it over right away and fixed it that afternoon! This will forever be the only place I bring my car for collision work! Amazing customer service!
