I took my down jacket to Miller Cleaners to be dry cleaned. When I dropped it off the jacket was unzipped. When I picked the jacket up the jacket was zipped up and enclosed in plastic and somehow the zipper tab was broken. They kindly offered to fix it and I thought that was fantastic customer support. That was a quick resolution to the problem. I believe the tab somehow broke off during the cleaning process. I took my down jacket to Miller Cleaners to be dry cleaned. When I dropped it off the jacket was unzipped. When I picked the jacket up the jacket was zipped up and the tab for the zipper was gone and had been broken off, making it useless. If they had told me about the zipper, I would’ve been happy to pay them to repair it. I thought it was really deceptive to return my jacket with the zipper broken and not tell me about it, and I want nothing else to do with them. I’ll go to someone else to have a zipper fixed.
Disinterested service, expensive, bare-minimum work in alterations. When I brought my clothes for dry cleaning and alterations it felt like they were annoyed I brought jeans for patching up. They did bare minimum on my jean patches and they were expensive. Dry Cleaning was$25 for a single romper. Too bad, we are new to Marin and were excited to find a local dry cleaner.
