The boiled crawfish is good, however, before boiling the crawfish was not rinsed or cleaned very well prior to boiling. A little more effort in rinsing the crawfish of mud and debris goes a long way to perfecting boiled crawfish, of course the perfect balance of seasoning seals the deal. My Dad was the best at boiling crawfish........I miss You Dad, R.I.P.P.
Awsome!!!The best place to get boiled crawfish in town. The other two places in town has nothing on Miller's. At Millers you get corn, potatoes, and sauce in your bag for no extra charges and did i mention that the crawfish are seasoned and flavorful......Trust me try this guy and never purchase at the other 2 places again as long as Millers is open for business.
