My car was driven into while someone was parking next to me. My passenger door had a gnarly indented scratch and I simply didn't know where to go.. (Especially as a woman looking to not be ripped off by a mechanic). After a quick google search, I found Mr. Miller's shop and gave him a quick visit for a quote for the work. I was rear ended by someone without insurance and had to pay out of pocket for repairs. Gary gave me what I consider to be more than a fair break in repair costs. This all happened during the great car parts shortage of 21’-22’ so while he had the tailgate replaced relatively quickly, we still had to wait about 4 months for a new bumper. Gary had my old one back on and functional during the wait and called the parts suppliers at least once a week, also calling me with updates.
