I should have asked for the bark from the marbled brisket, but my friend gave me some. It was all delicious!
Celebrating early - Early Xmas lunch a day before the holidays. I ordered the holiday ham with pineapple and cherries. Also got 2 quarts of mac and cheese, quart of fruit salad and 2 dozen rolls. The ham was decorated so pretty and delishous. It was extremely moist with perfect flavor. They sliced it up in great portion pieces. It was wrapped in string and even the string was soaked in glaze. Love this place, great bbq, great prices and Ze & the crew are amazing - what a lovely and warm personality creates an inviting atmosphere and Ze brings all the energy an laughs to her customers and coworkers. Excellent job Ze. Will be back and recommending Millers BBQ
