I spoke their office and i was quoted to free diagnostic over the phone. They would look at the car and they would tell me the cost of the repair. Once the car was there they wanted $200 for the diagnostic. Bait and switch.. Please be up front about your prices.
I brought in my 2007 Silverado classic for an inspection of the extension housing on the transmission and they confirmed an active leak from the area. They were professional and recommend replacing the internal sleeve, outer bushing, and extension housing gasket to properly repair the leak.
Kolben gave me a great coupon for an oil change. They did the job in a timely and efficient manner. The mechanic was very friendly and even gave me a free brake check!
