Extremely disappointed on this place. 2 years ago they “fixed” my car after a car wreck. Until this day I struggle with their cheap shortcuts to finish the job. 1. They replaced 1 of my headlights for an LED light (without asking) and they changed the pieces that connect to the car to make it happen. I have seen this happen twice now. While sitting at a red light at the intersection of old katy rd and N loop N frwy (a very busy large intersection near the bus station and HOV entrance for 290.) A red tow truck belonging to this shop has ran the red light and cut accross two lanes of traffic from a none turning lane to make a U turn into the HOV lane for 290. Drivers for their company are driving around the city recklessly. Encountered this vehicle of theirs on 8/11 on the 610 north freeway, license plate ending in 91L. Weaving in and out of traffic, no signals used, and tailing other civilian drivers.
