Seemed like honest and caring people at the beginning. My headlight was cracked and I needed to replace the whole thing. Got the car back on a Wednesday, by Friday the headlight they fixed remained on when I turned the car off. I called and took it back the next week and they assured me everything was fine and how it was supposed to be. Now the light is flickering and we are out $900. I attempted to reach back out to them with no response. Lesson learned to just take it straight to the dealership next time.
Something isn’t adding up with this companies business practices.
I have been taking my vehicles to Millers since I started driving 25 years ago. I cannot recall a single time i’ve ever had any major work done elsewhere. they are always best price and on point with their work and expectations on turnaround time. Dan specifically is great, as is everyone I have ever interacted with here. Had my car towed over on a Sunday after a loud clunk and subsequent noise in the drivetrain. Dan quickly diagnosed it Monday morning after they opened and gave me a fair quote on both parts and labor to replace the broken axle and had it ready for pickup the next day. Great experience!
Liars and cheats! I had an okay experience dealing with them in the past but the most recent dealing was disgusting. I originally brought my truck in the winter of 2024. There was a lot of damage to the front end and they only fixed a portion of it. Claiming the rest wasn’t in the claim instead of submitting it to insurance. When I picked my truck up they had put the bumper on wrong, not replaced fender liners, headlight, or fog lights. All were damaged in the accident and bumper was covered in original claim.
