Extremely DISAPPOINTED with the Customer Service from this Law Firm. I called on behalf of my Elderly Mother-In-Law who suffered a Horrible Personal Injury. I left Several messages, and spoke to a receptionist 2-3 times. No one of any authority what-so-ever even tried to call back after 3 days of promises of a 'Call back'. Spend some time and find another attorney who cares. Don't waste your time trying to contact these people.
