Miller started collecting garbage in our neighbor 5 weeks ago.... They have missed me 2 times already!!! When I called the 1st time that I was missed, I was talking to a lady and a guy in the background kept telling the her I didnt have the garbage out in time.... I said No, thats not the case, it was out in time. Then I had to call back the next day where the lady took my info and said someone would call me back.... Another 24 hours went by and no one called. Terrible. I ve had to call several times now. They pick up one side and leave some us on the other side. When I tried calling at 3h45, and they close at 4, the machine came on with the weekly hours. This company is pathetic. Lived here 6 years and it went to hell when miller took over. I had to put one star or else it would ve been zero.

Left a bulk item and the end of my driveway for you guys to pick up because it's clear garbage day, why is my SMALL bulk item not picked up?! I miss FERO!!!!

Very inconsistent in their pickup schedule. First of all, the expectation to have your garbage out by 630am is unrealistic for most people....and it can't be put out the night before or else the animals will get into it. Regularly, they don't start pick up early, so of course you try to anticipate the schedule. But then they randomly start early one day before you can get the garbage put out, or they change their route and reverse it so you never really know when they're coming - unless you get up at some crazy early hour ju... read more
