The ladies at the desk were rude which is unusual. The vet that I normally see is usually extremely nice. Today, her and the vet tech were extremely rude. I took one dog out of the room to get a urine sample and when I came back, my other dog was left in the exam room by himself. The doctor didn’t give me the results of the tests or recommendations for what to do with either dog.
