After 13 years I found myself to be in need of an amended parenting plan. I can’t recommend Rachel Upshaw enough. 13 years ago I felt like I didn’t get the kind of representation that I could have or deserved. Rachel on the other hand was amazing. She communicated with me promptly at all times. She was honest about expectations and goals and when it came time for mediation she represented me and my interests tremendously.
