He listed the “causes of death” all WRONG - as he did not bother to look over the patient’s chart or note them. This is a HUGE problem for accurately identifying causes of death in patients of a particular population.

Dr Miller and his PA treated my Dad while he was in a local Nursing Home. They were both EXCELLENT. They were patient with all our questions, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.
