Had a rough start with customer service, and I brought it to their attention and my issue was solved that day and had multiple apologies. I live 3 miles from another hearth business and I went 36 miles away to Miller Stove to get better service and deal with nicer people. I hope they keep it up.
We purchased our pellet stove from Mr. Miller in February. I have never had a more enjoyable transaction, installation and product use. He is a gentleman of the highest order, and his installation team of his son and son-in-law are professional, personable and prompt. You can do business with this store and owner with confidence.
BEEN DEALING WITH THESE FOLKS FOR 2 YEARS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGABLE AND POLITE. THEY HAVE HELPED THIS 65 YEAR OLD WIDOW MANY TIMES IN THE PAST AND IM SURE WILL DO THE SAME IN THE FUTURE.
