Mike Madrid was great to work with, our dogs weren’t so happy lol… glad it was done in a day, they thought the house was falling down around them. Roof turned out great …. Texas storms are so unpredictable, hopefully we won’t have to do this again🙏🙏
After a severe hail storm in Sanger, (It hailed so much it, was 2ft deep. Made my 5 year roof look like it was 35 years old) Seth from Miller Storm showed up the next day and walked me through the whole process. He even came out and walked with the insurance agent. 5 days later i got a new roof. Big thanks to Seth and Nate the project manger. If your roof is in need of repair I recommend your reach out to Miller storm.
Miller Storm is the best. I can not express enough that Jonathan Chambers and Gunner McCullough really came through for me. Being new to Texas, I was not familliar with Hailstorms. On March 8, 2025 after the storm was over, Gunner and Jonathan showed up at my door wanting to check my roof. Being from California, little did I know that a hailstorm could cause so much damage. Miller has been wonderful to work with! From Naaman and Chris initially, Chris helped me during work on shingles to picking up the extras just yesterday, awesome person!! Eduardo was so polite and helpful in many ways, during roof work!! Roberto and his crew worked a solid 13 grueling hours to finish, awesome work ethics! I have to say that Robert and the solar work he and his crew did was amazing! He and MSR came through for me in with great people to do mighty hard work!!
