I had a leak on my roof and called Phil to come take a look. I’m so glad I did! He pinpointed the problem right away and found out it was just my vents where the nails had deteriorated. Instead of trying to upsell me like so many roofers do, Phil was honest and straightforward. He did a full tune-up, re-caulked all my vents, and stopped the leak quickly and efficiently. The whole process went the way it needed to go. I was very unsure how the process of replacing a roof was supposed to go. However, Brenson, was a tremendous help in guiding us through the journey from beginning to end. We were in a hurry while trying to sell our house and the efficiency was incredible.
