A joke at an offered price of 940k-1.4 million. I watched these go up and the terrible construction practices. I have never seen a building sit in the framing phase as long as this build has. The OSB and wood was twisted and warped. It might look good from the outside now, but you’d be amazed at what stucco covers, including the messy construction underneath. I’d say save your money and look at something that was built by a quality builder instead of someone looking to capitalize on the market. 3 years to build get lost!
