Completely unprofessional roofing company. They quoted one price but charged hundreds more later. The workers didn’t even wear safety gear or uniforms. They left cigarette butts all over my lawn. Half of the shingles don’t even line up straight. They refused to fix the mistakes without extra payment. The owner was rude and dismissive when I complained. Now I’m stuck with a roof that looks terrible. This was supposed to be a simple repair job. Never again — I’ll warn everyone I know.
Extremely poor experience. They don’t value customers at all
I had a terrible experience with this roofing company. They showed up three days late without calling ahead. The crew left trash and nails all over my driveway. When I called to complain, no one answered for days. The roof still leaks after spending thousands of dollars. They promised a warranty, but never sent any paperwork. Communication was awful from start to finish. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional service. Save yourself the stress — hire someone else. Absolutely not recommended.
