Pricing? Communication? Integrity? Spoke to Rick Ablitt, Estimator about a piece of stainless trim to a gas range that was slightly bent during a remodel. Rick asked me to bring the piece in so that he could have Enio, Shop Forman assess it and determine if it could be repaired. After a couple od days, Rick contacts me stating that they needed the Manufacturer & Model # for the range because Enio knows of a parts distributor in CA and might be able to get a new replacement part for much less than their repair labor. Work was promised. I was told to pick up by 3:pm. I arrive at 2:15 and the guy is locking the door sees me jumps in his truck and drives away. Who does that? This place has horrible reviews and now I know why.
