Work was promised. I was told to pick up by 3:pm. I arrive at 2:15 and the guy is locking the door sees me jumps in his truck and drives away. Who does that? This place has horrible reviews and now I know why.
I've had two different terrible experiences with their estimator recently. On one project, he took more than a month to finally give me a quote. I had to remind him multiple times, it was like pulling teeth to get him to give me a simple bid. On the second occasion, He gave me a verbal quote on the spot. It was reasonable, so I authorized the work. When I went to pick it up, the bill was 50% more than what he had said it would be. The finished product was of fair quality, but not worth the money they charged.
