We booked our first appointment & regretfully, had to cancel the morning of due to a sudden work conflict; Unfortunately, my husband called the wrong number to cancel & we looked like a "no-show". We identified the problem the next day & called back three times (leaving kind and apologetic voicemails) to reschedule.
