We booked our first appointment & regretfully, had to cancel the morning of due to a sudden work conflict; Unfortunately, my husband called the wrong number to cancel & we looked like a "no-show". We identified the problem the next day & called back three times (leaving kind and apologetic voicemails) to reschedule. After the 3rd attempt, Dr. Miller called to say her "policy is not to rebook any patients that cancel within 24 hours or no show because her practice is too full".
