Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
Very informative. Good seed. Even had white dutch clover. Wish they were open a little on Saturday.
Consistently the rudest customer service of any business I have ever been in. Went in today to purchase wild flowers and asked for a picture description of the different mixes so I knew what I was buying and was told that their customers usually don't come back in and provide them with pictures of the flowers they've grown. Crazy for me to think that they would provide a picture of the product that they are selling when you are buying a seed. Typically a business knows what they are selling. I came to Miller with some questions about grass seed. First of all, you walk in and everyone ignores you after they look at you and chuckle so be prepared for that. Finally someone came up to the desk… I don’t think these people are actually into their jobs OR they’re not trying to sell grass seed to some Joanne off the street. I’m not sure who their ‘customer’ is but it’s not someone walking in to the store. I was ready to buy whatever seed recommended and ended up without a recommendation, or seed.
