Very friendly and service oriented atmosphere. Delicious food - highly recommend the broccoli salad, smoked turkey, and sausage. Also very fast!
We had the 3 plate platter brisket, ribs, and pork, collards and Mac n cheese! OMG heavenly is the only way to describe this delicious from scratch home cooked food!
I got the turkey platter with collard greens and Mac and cheese. The turkey was absolutely amazing, it was tender and juicy with a nice smokey flavor that wasn't overwhelming. The collards tasted like your grandma made them and paired nicely with the buttery cornbread. The mac and cheese recipe could use a little TLC. Overall I'd give it a 4.8/5 and will be going back.
Food was delicious, service was great, but it was way too quiet inside and felt awkward. They need some quiet music or something, other than that it was a good experience.
Fantastic lunch. Smoked turkey sandwich with black eyed peas and potato salad. Finished everything and was soaking up the black eyed peas with the corn bread 😁 Friendly service and some pleasant tunes. Grab some lunch here!
