From start to finish this company was first class. As someone that is new to collections, their company website provided clear expectations about the engagement. They made it easy to submit an order as well. My favorite part of the relationship was the personal touch and great customer services provided by my account manager, Rachel, and by the managing partner at their firm. The team at Miller, Ross & Goldman are knowledgable and responsive. As a new business owner, dealing with our first collections experience was a scary prospect and we felt unprepared in collecting a fairly large past due invoice from a completely non responsive customer.
