We could not be more impressed with MRG! We've had very little bad debt in the past but had a rather large invoice with a customer that had remained unpaid for over a year. Our AR team spent countless hours trying to get the customer to pay with no success. WITHIN 1 WEEK MRG managed to get the customer to pay and the funds landed in our account. We will 100% be using MRG for future collection needs. Mike from MRG was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I can't say enough about how thrilled I am with MRG.

We used MRG to try and collect a debt owed to us and they were horrible to work with. Communication was non-existant and we had to consistently reach out for updates after going months without hearing from them. Ultimately, after having clear documentation/contract that we were owed monies MRG stated they could not help. My gut tells me that they are only successful when debtors roll over but if someone pushes back slightly they fold like a cheap suit.

Terrible I left a apartment yes I still owe because of domestic violence. They illegally threatened me garnishment of my wages. They can't do that only irs can garnish. And a lien on house I do not own a house or a car. Threatening take money my whole pay when I have kids dealing with domestic violence horrible.

Miller, Ross & Goldman were amazing to work with to collect a debt owed by a customer of ours. They were fast, straight to the point, and really fought for our company and what was best for us in the long run. Without them, we likely wouldn't have received any of the debt owed to our company. We appreciate everything Mike and his team did for us. I would highly recommend them to any company seeking help to retrieve a debt owed by a customer.

From start to finish this company was first class. As someone that is new to collections, their company website provided clear expectations about the engagement. They made it easy to submit an order as well. My favorite part of the relationship was the personal touch and great customer services provided by my account manager, Rachel, and by the managing partner at their firm. If I ever have payment issues with a client again, I now have a trusted go to resource to help me out.
