unable to make an appointment. The staff does not answer the phone
I do not like the front desk staff since Joann left! Dr. Miller and his assistant Joann are wonderful. They listen and give you direct information. I was the ONLY adolescent patient Dr. Miller has ever seen as he usually deals with geriatric pulmonary patients only. I have food and enviormental allergies that present as asthma during an allergic reaction. Office Staff not very knowledgeable. I was calling the office for 3 business days no phone call back I ended up showing up to make an appointment. The nurses were debating loudly among each other about treating patients incorrectly. I was unable to receive any help from nurses in regards to an appointment I had to wait for receptionist to arrive. She showed up 45 min after shift has started and no one was aware of where she was.
