Had my first visit with Miller Prosthetics and Orthotics yesterday regarding a brace. I was extremely pleased. I was seen by Natalie Thomas, she was very kind, thorough, and attentive. She genuinely listened to me and my story of how I am where I am in my recovery which sadly is something you don't always find in healthcare workers. they get a rating of zero. we ordered socks from them , they never measured me for an evaluation. They charged Medicare a lot of money and they sent me some used socks. i complained to them and they never addressed the problem. His wife called us and pretended to be a Medicare claim person. she lied to us and said said she would send a refund to me . lies, lies, don't get ripped off like i did. we recommend reporting to them to the Better Business Bauru BBB.
