Matt Miller did a fantastic job when I had a problem with my Generac generator. He was out of town and offered to help troubleshoot the problem over the phone. It didn't fix issue but when he returned, he came over and did troubleshooting and found the engine had a problem and it needed to be replaced. If you need someone to look after your generator, he is the guy to call! He will always be my goto company!
Miller Power Systems (Matt and company) did an outstanding job installing my whole house generator. I asked for an estimate from Matt two years ago and decided to wait for a while, well the ice storm last winter and my having to learn the hard way convinced me to call him back to get the job done. I highly recommend Miller Power Systems. Matt's communication is top-notch from start to finish, and he is incredibly reliable. If he says he's going to be there at a certain time, he is there. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely respects your schedule.
Matt is a real Pro. Detailed, punctual, informative and knowledgeable. I had estimates and consults from several, including one of the superstore franchises, who just shamelessly overquoted me. If you're gonna buy a generator, just save yourself some trouble and buy it from him.
