Miller Pools has been coming to service our pool for about a year. I have had to go behind them too many times to count. I have had to call and speak with managers, who never call back when they say they will. They flat out lie that they are preforming services and don’t do them, over and over. I have tried to fire them several times and I keep getting talked back into them continuing service. Terrible customer service and business practice.
I have used this company several times and they always do first rate work. I was introduced to them through my home warranty company, but I guess they were too honest and the home warranty company dropped them as an approved vendor.
