This place is so bad Jess the ADON refused to disciplined CNA's or LPN's, huge nepotism revolved around the facility, lots of lazy staff. I took care of residents and gave them bath and everything. I was the bad worker there. Nurses never help, refuse to help answer call light when we are short staff only CNA on the floor. Management just favors some workers.
Great facility to work at.
We are lucky to get our loved one out of there alive, soo many things are wrong with this place. When you bring your concerns to the management they pass the buck over and over, when they run out of staff to blame then they blame the family. We had a scheduled meeting about our loved ones progress and not once did we talk about that, I recorded the meeting and also asked for the minutes of the meeting which they didn't have but still tried to make an official report which does not match my recording of the meeting and just s... read more
The staff is so caring and passionate about what they do. They take such pride in making this facility a home for their residents.
