Terrible experience here! There were a couple employees who cared about my mom! But too many to count who were there for only a paycheck. This is the last place I would send a family member. Just very sad my mom had to spend her last few month in such a miserable place!😢
My husband Mac has been at Miller Point for a while. He is very depressed. He gets so darn upset because the staff is few and far between. When he puts his light on for help it takes so long for anyone to respond. By then bathroom stuff is done. I understand short staff but there has to be a way to get help for these people. Hire kids going to med school be good experience for them and less pay also.
This place is so bad Jess the ADON refused to disciplined CNA's or LPN's, huge nepotism revolved around the facility, lots of lazy staff. I took care of residents and gave them bath and everything. I was the bad worker there. Nurses never help, refuse to help answer call light when we are short staff only CNA on the floor. Management just favors some workers.
