We had Mike here today to replace a garbage disposal. He & his worker were kind, honest & explained what he was doing and why in order to help you understand the problem. He was easy to talk to & he listened to your questions. He was thorough, on time & courteous. We will be using him again for out bathroom issues. Thanks again mike!

He is excellent with communication, no complaints about price point, exceptionally clean on-site, and a great sense of humor to boot! He has a wonderful process for tending to emergencies that occur on the weekend (as is usually the case), and this really worked to our benefit!
