Miller Plumbing was excellent. Came on time. Worked to clear my sinks very effectively.
Adam and Heather have helped me with various plumbing issues in my old apartment, and it has been a great experience every time. Since everything Adam fixed worked perfectly, I didn't think twice about reaching out to them again when the safety chain under my bathroom sink fell in my new apartment. I have used plumbing services from Miller Plumbing & Drainage twice, and am totally satisfied. In both times, the services were quickly scheduled, and the technician arrived onsite on time, and the work was done professionally. I will use their service again in the future and strongly recommend the company to anyone who needs plumbing services.
We have used Miller Plumbing on several occasions for nearly ten years. Up to the last 2 service calls, the service was great. But the last service call will be the last from us. Adam was demanding to a point that seemed rude, complained about his own scheduling issues and was especially unhelpful with a question about very low flow from a new bathroom faucet. At the recommendation of a neighbour I called Miller plumbing& Drainage Ltd to fix our toilet. The initial discussion happened via text with Heather, and after explaining what our plumbing problem was, she asked for a picture of the problem, then offered a quote. We then wanted to replace the toilet and I proceeded to send a picture of that too. The day of the appointment Adam showed up on time, and explained the work to be done.
