Ignored IPC on rough in, inadequate location of cleanouts, shutoffs. Had to completely eliminate their venting of tankless water heater. Vented wrong for this unit. The list goes on and on. Horrible customer relations. Two licensed plumbers and neither ever were on job to my knowledge. Just sent out the undertrained unsupervised.
