Adam from Miller Plumbing and Drainage Ltd. came the day after I called and unplugged the sink in our upstairs bathroom. He was on time, courteous and set to work right away, clearing the drain. He then checked the toilet in our basement bathroom, explained how toilets became plugged, and tested it (it had started working again before he arrived). Altogether a pleasant, helpful and competent experience! Thanks Adam!

My first experience with plumbing services. Heather was so patient with me, explaining how it works(fees and job details), giving me different options for the fix(leaking problem). Adam the technician was very professional. He explained the situation very well, and he spotted another potential leak from the pipe and fixed it as well. Everything got cleaned up after the job, we are very satisfied with the service you guys provided.
