I was caught by surprise when the Miller Pipeline dump truck stopped just east of the intersection of 5th Avenue and Cleveland Avenue (eastbound on 5th) and began to back up. Two thugs came from the SE corner of the intersection and began to berate me about being in the way. Their driver was wrong and these two clowns had no business directing traffic.
