Avoid this towing company at all costs. My vehicle was towed at the request of state police. Bill was nearly 10× higher than standard towing and storage rates. It took days to calculate the charges while storage fees kept increasing. The worst experience with my vehicle ever. Truck went off the road during a winter storm after the truck malfunctioned and would not restart. Ohio State Patrol called them for the tow. Asked them to have it dropped off at local shop for repairs. Said they had to take it back to their place. Next day, try to arrange next step.
