I would not recommend she does not care about the patient only the money very sad
The office lady would not disclose the refund amount for what i paid prior to procedure. I decided to cancel services due to the lack of effective communication and extremely rude staff. The young girl at the front desk was very nice. Some lady came out saying " we can't give you cash today" and I never even mentioned that one bit. She jumped in without knowing all the details and then pointed her finger at me saying it was my fault that things didnt work out. Meanwhile, I drove over an hr for this procedure and paid. Dr Miller is very kind and has an amazing attention to details. The staff is also wonderful very polite and compassionate.
