The office lady would not disclose the refund amount for what i paid prior to procedure. I decided to cancel services due to the lack of effective communication and extremely rude staff. The young girl at the front desk was very nice. Some lady came out saying " we can't give you cash today" and I never even mentioned that one bit. Doctor Miller is amazing and very caring I personally have been a patient of hers for over 20 years and will not go to anyone else
