Dr. Miller is a delightful lady and does fantastic work. I came to her as a Veterans Affairs Referral to begin working on full dentures. She always seems to be in a great mood. Her front desk lady (Emily) is very friendly and polite. For the first time in my life, I don't mind going to the dentist. Dr. Miller had a way of making the visit light hearted and friendly.

The office lady would not disclose the refund amount for what i paid prior to procedure. I decided to cancel services due to the lack of effective communication and extremely rude staff. The young girl at the front desk was very nice. Some lady came out saying " we can't give you cash today" and I never even mentioned that one bit. She jumped in without knowing all the details and then pointed her finger at me saying it was my fault that things didnt work out. Meanwhile, I drove over an hr for this procedure and paid.
