This was our first time out to the theater! We were there for the spooktacular event! The Houston Symphony did an amazing job! Everyone was nice and friendly! I felt safe and was able relax for the evening! I did not care for the concessions- the food was bland, old tasting. We will bring our own food next time! Thanks for the great evening!
The lady y’all have working the ticket booth for the Friday October 6th Festival Chicano event was the rudest person I have ever met. She needs some serious training in customer service. No eye contact, no friendly welcoming, and literally said “what you want” and then threw the tickets at us through the window. Not a good representation of the event or venue.
What happend Whit half of the grass being blankets and half being chairs.... Me and my family did not enjoy the tejano night Oct 5 2017 everyone blocking our view and we did not wanted to stand until 10 pm so we had no other choice than to leave... And no we did not wanted to be in the front sitting down in a tight space we wanted our kids to enjoy the grass... No security in any place of the park ...... Just not good year for the chicano night I'll try to go the rest of the event but will like to lay on the grass like previ... read more
