Today was my first visit to Miller Optometry in Bridgewater. Kelly was very kind and took me through the initial aspects of my exam explaining everything along the way. Dr. Lavandier then took his time with me and was very thorough in explaining the pictures of my eyes and dialing me in for my new prescription. Last and certainly not least Amanda helped with two of my existing pairs of glasses and got me fitted up for a new pair. I found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Every one I dealt with made my experience a very positive one. I would especially like to thank Amanda for excellent service, she went above and beyond to help me out.
Miller Optometry has a wonderful and welcoming staff that are always kind and supportive when my famly have an appointment.
I have never seen the same Dr. Twice . Had my appointment and all was well. Then sent to someone who could wash my eyes for $300 . Then relieved a message that I was a patient who could have a problem that I was never informed about at the time of my appointment. That was a six month appointment. So I'm thinking I am am investment in the business. My husband is the one who needs the attention and he is off the grid I guess. Sorry I'm going to go somewhere where I'm a person who counts
I just had my first experience with this business and I am thoroughly impressed! The eye exam was the most comprehensive one I ever had and I’m happy to say my vision health is pretty good for someone who has worn glasses for 55 years! I had a very informative (and long) conversation with a specialist who knows his stuff about lenses and frames.
