I have never seen the same Dr. Twice . Had my appointment and all was well. Then sent to someone who could wash my eyes for $300 . Then relieved a message that I was a patient who could have a problem that I was never informed about at the time of my appointment. That was a six month appointment. So I'm thinking I am am investment in the business. My husband is the one who needs the attention and he is off the grid I guess. Sorry I'm going to go somewhere where I'm a person who counts
I just had my first experience with this business and I am thoroughly impressed! The eye exam was the most comprehensive one I ever had and I’m happy to say my vision health is pretty good for someone who has worn glasses for 55 years! I had a very informative (and long) conversation with a specialist who knows his stuff about lenses and frames. Most in-depth eye exam I received in this town. Very glad I made the switch from south shore eye clinic. More affordable too.
The Miller Optometry team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of frames and the optician was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. And they were able to direct my insurance which is a definite plus! Great experience overall.
