Staff were all wonderful and welcoming, but a special acknowledgement for Amy who set my wife and I up with some great frames and made sure they were a perfect fit for us!
Hands down the best Optometry clinic I’ve ever been to. A special shout out to Adrien and Joshua, their insight, expertise, attention to detail, and knowledge were invaluable in my last two visits. I walked into Miller Optics on Christmas Eve expecting the usual “holiday rush + polite survival mode” customer service. What I didn’t expect was Amy, casually restoring my faith in humanity while sorting out our eyeglasses like an absolute pro. Despite how busy things were, Amy somehow found the time to take care of us without ever making us feel rushed, like we were the only people in the store (even though we clearly were not). Very bad experience, add on power on prescription was wrong when I noticed and asked them, they said it is a technical glitch, how can a prescription error glorified as technical glitch 🤔 They said the glasses I purchased is made correctly, mistake happened only in prescription but I am not believing in that how can i relay on their words.very bad customer care team called them no call back from them , this incident took my full 2 days to figure it out ,if it's technical glitch why they waited up to me to contact them.one g... read more
Had my eyes tested, told I needed readers went back 3 times because they made everything blurry, was told I was just getting older, after 3 times going back, they wanted me to pay to have another eye test, not happy with a pair of expensive glasses that only make things blurry. People work to hard for there money to have it wasted .
