Had my eyes tested, told I needed readers went back 3 times because they made everything blurry, was told I was just getting older, after 3 times going back, they wanted me to pay to have another eye test, not happy with a pair of expensive glasses that only make things blurry. People work to hard for there money to have it wasted .
I’ve been a customer of Miller Optometry a few times in the past and generally had positive experiences. However, my most recent interaction with the front desk staff was very disappointing. The woman I spoke with over the phone was rude and condescending. She assured me that someone would call back to help me place an order for contact lenses, but I never received a call. I had my final contact lens fitting appointment today with Amanda Joudrey. If you wear contacts, and need new ones, GO SEE HER! I have worn contacts for close to 40 years, and this was by far, the most thorough, explanatory, professional fitting I have ever had in my life. She took the time to explain exactly how the lens works (I’m in multifocal now) as I was ready to give up and resort to glasses 24-7. While traveling in Nova Scotia, I broke my glasses and was stuck without them. The amazing team in Bridgewater — especially Adrian and Melanie — went above and beyond to save my trip. They found a creative solution and made it work perfectly. Incredible service, kindness, and professionalism. Highly recommend! Thank you. Satisfied customer.
I had a lovely experience! Dr. Skinner was so kind and clear with her explanations, and Adrian the optician had OUTSTANDING technical knowledge and skills with frames, adjustments, and selection. Both were delightful, and I recommend their services!
