I went here one time and will never be returning the lady that helps you couldn’t be bothered with anything ,rude , no customer service They do not have a big selection of glasses at all and then when the glasses finally came in, I couldn’t see a thing out of them. They kept telling me to get used to it get used to it, but clearly was a hazard I couldn’t even see to walk or drive never will return.
This place (the Romeo location) is closed more than it's open. I've been trying to pick up my glasses for over a week now. Their website says they're open on Fridays, so I went to pick them up only to find they were closed (imagine my shock). It turns out they only have one person running the place and that individual was on vacation. This is not a way to run a business. As much as I love to support local businesses, I cannot recommend this one.
