Had a great experience here today in trying to find somewhere that could do something with my husband’s broken glasses. The friendly, can-do attitude of the team really made my day! They found decent, affordable frames that would fit our old lenses and had me out the door in about 20 minutes. I highly recommend Miller Optical!
Cannot say enough about the customer service at Miller Optical. The first time we stopped in was for a broken eye glass stem. They fixed it immediately and made sure my son was good to go on his trip 24 hours later. We returned for his exam and once again they stepped up to the plate when we had extenuating circumstances. Personal, responsive, and dedicated to making sure their customers have what they need!
The service from end to end, I have been "partners" w/the Millers for almost thirty years ...mostly, things have been smooth but in those times when things didn't go well which has not been even often: that is when they SHINE. In one word: CONSISTENCE FROM THE "OLD GUARD" TO THE "NEW" Thank you
